NYC Condominium, NY 13th Street NW, DC 22nd Street NW. Ritz Carlton Condominium, DC

Description: Centrally located condominium in New York City with CDG acting as design and construction consultant. It includes the complete interior demolition, new master bathroom, new kitchen, addition to rear, rear outdoor area with patio and landscape. The project is scheduled to be completed by spring of 2009.

Description: Complete, design, demolition, renovation with addition to a late 1800's townhouse, creating a spacious three story main residence, a basement apartment, and detached garage with additional apartment above. The main kitchen features Eggersman cabinetry, the bathrooms boast Hans Grohe fixtures, Duravit china, and Ann Sachs mosaic tile. Nothing was spared in the details and quality of this renovation including the new wood windows that accurately replaced the original historic windows.

Description: Renovation of a Georgetown townhouse. Dramatic foyer arch ways newly created with complex moldings patterned after the pre-existing moldings. Seating alcoves with upholstered walls from cushion to ceiling. New stair rails with classic wrought iron spindles. Master bathroom details perfectly aligned to critical heights of the tile, cabinets, shower faucets, shelves, and tub deck. Bath room cabinetry and wall paneling custom by CDG. Sinks, faucets, and tile supplied by WaterWorks. Architectural design masterfully done by Jerry Harpole. Interior decorating by Barry Dixon. Quality at its finest .

Description: Unique design, renovation, and addition to Kalorama row house with a Bulthaup kitchen, master bath and bedroom suite with custom cabinetry, heated floor spoon tub, deluxe shower with steam, custom millwork, concrete floor panels, and venetian plaster reflective wall .

Description: Complete renovation of an early 1900 townhouse in the Columbia Heights area. The entire interior was demolished to make way for an ultra modern interior including four inch thick heated concrete slab for finished flooring. The kitchen and other cabinetry was by Siematic and custom ceiling panels were built and installed by CDG craftsman. The bathrooms feature custom tile floor and shower surrounds large glass shower panels. The exterior features a roof deck accessed by an outdoor spiral staircase and a tiered concrete front hardscape .

Description: Design, renovation, and top floor additions to three contiguous townhouses. Interior featured open main living areas, new deluxe kitchens, custom tiled bathrooms, master suites on the top floors with private patios .

Description: Period design, renovation & addition of detached English Tudor style home. Included complete kitchen, high end bathrooms with custom cabinetry, basement with family recreation space and full gym. All was set into the original character of the home to the last detail with re-creating plaster molding.

Description: Complete renovation of a unique Italian renaissance condominium building. Conversion of 30 units to 18 luxurious residences.

Description: Renovation of the lobby of a condominium building in Georgetown/Glover Park. It included floor tile replacement, slate accent wall, elevator refurbishment, wall repositioning, new sconces, recessed, and track lighting. Carpet new moldings were added in the adjacent hallways. Locanda SE, DC Q and 14th Office NW, DC LeftBank NW, DC

Description: A complete design, demolition, renovation and addition of a Capitol Hill restaurant. The renovation included a complete new top chef's kitchen with state of the art ventilation and fire systems. The dining room and bar area include custom built cabinetry and millwork, creative lighting, walk in wine cooler, custom built and upholstered booths for comfort and relaxation. The sound system speaks for itself……

Included underpinning in basement to gain full ceiling height, large open first floor for reception area and glass conference room.
